Federal Government Shutdown Assistance:
The Washington National Cathedral has partnered with the Macedonia Baptist Church, Arlington, VA to serve as the Virginia SHARE Host site to distribute 100 SHARE baskets they are donating. These baskets will be distributed at Macedonia Baptist Church, 3412 S. 22nd Street, Arlington, VA, Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 0830- Noon. Even though Macedonia is the Host Site, we would love to make this a community effort. If anyone is interested in volunteering to help load/unload the truck, assemble and distribute the baskets, please contact the church office 703-521-7663.
Federal Government Employees Furloughed and in need of food are required to provide a pictured Federal Government ID to receive a basket.
