An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Sunday, repeating until April 11, 2020
Beulah is asked to participate in a partial and normal fast
beginning March 22 – April 11.

Legumes (beans, peas, peanuts, almonds, lentils, nuts etc.)
100% fruit juice (no added sugar)
No meat until 5:00p.m.
No juice, water only.
No meat at all.
No eating after 9pm
